- 2 apples (your choice), cored and chopped
- 3 tbsp margarine
- ¼ cup dry sweetener
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinammon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup oatmeal
Arrange apple pieces in an 8x8 microwave-safe dish.
In a bowl, combine the margarine, sweetener, flour, cinammon, nutmeg, and oatmeal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples.
Cook on high in the microwave for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
