Baking without eggs is easy!
Try using one of the following vegan egg substitutes in your next recipe:
- 1 Tbsp Vinger + 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp ground Flax seed + 3 Tbsp water
- 1/4 Cup Silken Tofu
- 1/4 Cup Soy Yogurt
- 1/2 Mashed Banana
- 1/4 Cup Applesauce
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer
You can use any of the above egg replacers (all of which have zero cholesterol) in any baking recipe (cakes, cookies, etc.) calling for an egg.
