Chocolate Cake
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1–3 mashed bananas
  • Cocoa powder to taste
  • 1 sachet yeast
  • 170 grams wheat flour
  • Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix bananas with sugar in a bowl. Add oil, plant-based milk, and cocoa. Mix flour and yeast in another bowl. Add this mixture to the first mixture and stir until smooth. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and put in the fridge. To serve, add a little powdered sugar.
