Chocolate Pudding This is delicious, old-fashioned chocolate pudding.
Makes about 2 cups
- 2 cups fortified soymilk or rice milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill.
