Mixed Salad Greens
- 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 red or yellow tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cupped peeled and sliced jicama
- 6 cups prewashed salad mix
- 3 tablespoons fat-free salad dressing
