Mixed Salad Greens

  • 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 red or yellow tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cupped peeled and sliced jicama
  • 6 cups prewashed salad mix
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free salad dressing
