Orange Power Pops These creamy popsicles are a great way to add protein, calcium, potassium, and other nutrients to the diets of finicky eaters.
Makes 8 popsicles
- 1 12.3-ounce package Mori-Nu Lite Silken Tofu (firm)
- 1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup fortified vanilla soymilk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 ripe bananas
