Cheesy/Twigletty Toast
- vegan bread
- yeast-extract
- non-hydrogenated vegan margarine

Slice the vegan bread and toast under a grill on one side until well browned. Toast more lightly on other side, then remove from under heat. Spread lightly with equal quantities of yeast extract and margarine and place back under heat until top sizzles. |
