Crispy Tofu Cakes
- firm tofu
- pesto
- lemon juice
- paprika
- sesame seeds
- salt & pepper
- toppings: (whichever marinated veegies you like)
- vegan parmesan (for crunchy covering)

First, blend tofu in a blender- and add all the ingredients listed under flavoring. Blend until smooth. Then pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and to each tofu cube add a topping. Freeze (the cubes are usually ready for frying in an hour) When the cubes are hard, use a teflon frying pan and sprinkle about 5 square cm of vegan parmesan on it. Wait 'till the parmesan turns golden brown and then place a tofu cube on it, and roll it around in it. |
