Curry Puff

  • 6 Large Potatoes
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 6 Small Onions
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric
  • Red Chilly Powder to taste
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Oil
  • Puff Pastry

Heat some oil in a Pan; Add some crushed Black Pepper and Cumin Seeds until cumin seeds start to splutter. Add finely chopped onions and capsicums and fry until they turn golden brown and form a paste. Then mash the potatoes and add it to the paste.

Cut Puff Pastry into 3 portions, fill the pastry with 2 tablespoon of paste and then roll it 3 times (approx.).

Turn the Oven on at 250 degrees, 15 minutes before the preparation. Cover the heat plate of the oven with an Aluminum foil and place the filled pastry’s on it. Leave the pastries in the Oven for 10 Minutes (approx.)/ until they turn medium brown and serve with Tomato Sauce.
