Mock Foo Young
- 10 ounces tofu, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 tablespoons corn meal
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Form four patties and fry in a little oil on both sides until light brown. Variation: Cover patties with tomato sauce and sprinkle with vegan cheese. |
