Fresh Tomato Soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes or equivalent fresh
- dash of pepper and salt

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Cool a few minutes. Blend in blender, reheat, and serve. |
