Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup soya milk
  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 cup of your favourite fruit, frozen (strawberries, peaches, pitted cherries)
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
