- 1 1/2 cups lentils
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
Cook the lentils with onion and garlic and add salt to taste.
When boiling, add the bay leaf. Cook over medium heat until you reach the desired texture.
Remove from heat and add the cilantro and tomato.
