Vegan Hotcakes
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or vegetarian margarine
Mix the dry ingredients and then add the liquid. Whisk the mixture at low speed until thick and smooth. Cook the pancakes in a skillet over medium heat.
